"We can’t say enough about how amazing this house is. We could just sit on the lanai and sip coffee while watching whales and sea turtles in the ocean all day. The location was fantastic for exploring the island. A short drive almost anywhere you need to go. The house has tons of space for a large family and could probably fit two families comfortably. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves made for a perfect ending to every day. "

We spent many evenings enjoying a take-out dinner and conversation on the upper deck while taking in the sunset. The hot tub and pool provided us with relaxation after a day of either golf, hiking or kayaking. The neighborhood is quiet and great for a morning or evening walk. I would highly recommend this property for 4 couples or a family with older children, not one with small children. All bedrooms are large, well-appointed and en-suite, plenty of space to relax together or separately."

"The room was clean but the property had clutter that needed to be cleaned up. My room had no issues, had no ocean view, the park and ocean view are a block away. I cooked on the barbeque and used the pavilion, that was great. The beach near the hotel has cloudy water from the river, a few miles down the road are perfect beaches."

This property is in a great location relative to any activities on the island and is in a relatively quiet spot. The house is always clean and well maintained and the grounds look better and better each year. The Garden Island team is always helpful and great to work with. Would recommend using them for any rental you may be looking at. Would recommend this house to anyone but would also like it to remain one of those "best kept secrets.""

"Sarah's place was wonderful, the perfect place for a large, extended family to spread out and relax. We'd love to come back soon! Having green wide open views in the front yard and back yard was a big bonus, it allowed us to take in the views from every angle every minute whether we were on a walk out the street side or in the hot tub on the back side. Can't wait to go back!"
