"Right on the boardwalk with the ocean view from the balcony was amazing. Not really noisy (quiet enough). Clean sheets and towels. Comfortable beds! Base of toilet not clean. Hand basin should be cleaned more thoroughly. Kitchenette was nice to have. Overall good experience, will visit again."

"Hotel staff was fantastic. 2 out of the 3 elevators were working, and this caused long waiting periods to get upstairs and downstairs. Ordered food from the restaurant, and nobody called to tell us it was ready resulting in soggy food. Not cool for what we paid. Hallways were dirty, but the rooms were ok; smaller than expected though. Furniture could stand to be updated as it was visibly damaged and falling apart. Some of the dresser drawers would hardly close. The batteries were dead in the safe. Aside from all of the above, we truly enjoyed our stay. Everyone we spoke with that worked at the hotel was fantastic and helpful. The location is great, and we were able to enjoy music from the restaurant below on our balcony. We had fun watching people get up early to get a morning surf in as well as watch the sun rise; truly spectacular. Pool was REALLY chlorinated, but we had a great time regardless. Awesome shower water pressure. We will definitely stay here again."

"Great room in a small but well cared for property. Loved the view and beach access. Good food at Hemingway’s and enjoyed eating on the patio by the beach. Super clean room."

"It was missing many items to make it feel like the comforts of home. We really missed having a working ice maker. There was one in the freezer but it did not make ice. The glassware and coffee cups were very small. No throw blankets. Temperature was too warm or too cool- thermostat hard to control."
