「Check in process seemed to be simple, but when we got to our room, it had not been cleaned. Beds not made up, dirty towels on the bathroom floor, trash not taken out, etc. When we called the front desk, they gave us another room, but in that room, the ac was not working, was 83 degrees. Finally, on the third try, we got a room that was okay. No offers were made to make up for except for extending the check out time, which did not help us at all.」
