At breakfast time one lady is always watching you, what you eat, what you do, you feel like you’re doing something wrong when you get up to get your food, it’s a buffet, she came to us in a bad way to tell us , to do not use the glass cups to serve yogurt, because it’s going to be difficult for them to wash the glass. "Overall it was a nice stay. However, the cleaning crew should clean around the shower stall more thoroughly. I could see the dirt unter the shower stall. For the price the breakfast lag the variety of fruit and pastries. Cloth drier did not work well. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice."

"Not a bad location. Close to a lot of things for inner city. Was disappointed that the pool and spa were not stated closed on the website. Still waiting to see if I was charged for upgrades that seems to not go with anything that we recieved. Maybe just a misunderstanding when we checked in. The breakfast served was great. Room service menu was slacking though. All and all a good stay."

"Comfortable though not cozy and too corporate style for my taste - has full kitchen. Hotel staff to guest ratio seemed high in the maintenance (had to call for electrical problem) and front desk, but fewer staff in the cafe where the better tables were slow to clear (maybe due to Covid?). "

"I arrived late and left early, so I didn't get to explore Hamburg at all. The hotel's location is great for access to the railway station. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and I appreciated there being oat milk. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, however there was no air-conditioning and it was a little stuffy. Also I think the use of plastic cups is not environmentally friendly."
