Dejligt hotel med landlig beliggenhed

Vi overnattede på hotellet fordi vi skulle ud og se den store skibs-elevator Schiffshebewerk Scharnebeck. Dejligt hotel, dejlige omgivelser med udsigt til grønne områder og golfbane. Vi boede 3 voksne på en suite og havde en dejlig oplevelse i september måned - det eneste minus var at der ikke var klimaanlæg på værelset - tænker det må være en varm og indelukket oplevelse om sommeren. Morgenmaden var udemærke og personalet meget imødekommende. Receptionisten anbefalede os en tur til Lüneburg by, hvilke var en hel fantastisk oplevelse, hvis man til gammel arkitektur og små gader & stræder. Vi spiste udendørs på Schallander restaurant som lå helt ned til vandet - utrolig idyllisk med flot solskin på himlen. Alt i alt en dejlig oplevelse af hotel, personale og område.

seit Jahren dort in unregelmäßigen Abständen. Immer wieder schön auf sehr ordentlichem Niveau. Man kennt sich und geht sehr gut miteinander um. Nette Zimmer. Tolle Umgebung, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr gutes Restaurant mit hoher Qualität, hübschem Ambiente und freundlichem, aufmerksamen Personal. Immer wieder gerne....

Vi kommer ikke tilbage!

Forfærdelig indtjekning. Jeg havde ønsket handicap parkering og fik et handicap værelse ved jorden. Det ønskede jeg ikke. Jeg havde bedt om et værelse nær elevator. Jeg fik et værelse i den bagerste del af hotellet hvor jeg feks skulle gennem 3 branddøre. Jeg bad om et andet værelse men det var ikke muligt. Morgenmaden var ok men tjenerne forfærdelige. Vi oplevede at gæsterne blev fulgt til deres bord og der blev fortalt om maden. Vi fik at vide vi bare skulle finde en plads uden anvisning af mad osv. En tjener kommer og spørger om vi snart er færdige (vi havde været der ca. 1 time) fordi de havde travlt og de skulle bruge vores bord. Der var ikke fyldt i restauranten og der var rigelig plads.

Leider viel zu teuer, Fahrstuhl defekt (für eingeschränkte Menschen eine Katastrophe), Toilette war dreckig beim Einchecken, generell hat die Ausstattung ihre besten Zeiten schon hinter sich, das Personal war jedoch freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut.

Comfortable, friendly hotel.

Nice hotel. It would have been better if i didnt have to work everyday. Great gym and spa. Great food in the restaurant and bar, the bar menu is a little limited, but fine for a quick informal bite to eat.
