"Arrived 12 hours late. Still held my reservation and I did communicate this with them. (Flight issues) Staff even opened the store at midnight for me and Seth is super kind and made sure we were safe and carried our bags. He doesn’t work for the the hotel he works for the store but he is awesome and the rest of the staff was so kind and super helpful. Will be back.
