"Excellent and relaxing stay. Great onsen experience and the food was wonderful. Rooms are comfy and immaculate."

"Affordable stay at this hotel. "

"It was very clean. The room and facilities were beautifully kept and very new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "A great local hospitality experience of onsen, buffet food and a fun play room which catered well for the family (all in a beautiful location)."

"The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and in a very convenient location."

"Really great overall. The location was close enough to the places we wanted to visit and quiet. The breakfast was complete and the staff friendly and helpful."

"Clean with a beautiful view and great restaurants. Check out Coffee House Bonjin for breakfast or 美味しんぼ for dinner. Parking is down the street, but there’s a spot onsite for loading/unloading (and possibly overnight parking, but please ask first, we just followed instructions sheet in the lobby). The place was incredibly quiet. I’d definitely stay again!"

"The facilty is old & the room smelled of cigarettes, but everything else was wonderful. If looking for authentic Japanese experience (for the working and middle class Japanese) this is a very good experience. Dinner and breakfast buffet was really good. However there's little to do around the lake, unlike Yamashiro ir Yamanaka onsen area. "

"Quite spacious room, very clean and nice amenities. The staff were very nice as well. Good location overall."
