"The hotel location is extremely difficult to find. All taxi driver do not know the location of the hotel even after we show them the English and Korean address. We booked for three people stay for two nights and they only provided 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels. The reception lobby closed at 10pm and we weren't informed. "The staff was very helpful. We had trouble with computer. They came and corrected it. We wanted some place to eat the lady at the desk walked us out and showed us several places. The day we left she walked us to a taxi and told him where we needed to go. It was comfortable and housekeeping and front desk was great."
