It switched on and off with no reason. Check in and check out were quick and easy. They have DIY system. They have 2 buildings. Be sure to know which one your room is located"

Especially the concierge employee went above and beyond to help us get KTX train tickets for multiple stops, as it is a bit difficult to Reserve train and bus tickets if you are not a Korean national.. Rooms were great amazing view only thing is that I wish the air conditioner dealt with the humidity better but it's been my experience at other hotels as well. It is in the heart of Haeundae, walk out to the beach and the boardwalk."
