"Hotel is located next to the train station and is connected to shopping area and train station. Very convenient especially if you need to take early train or if you arrive late. The lobby was nice, bright with a sitting area. The staff was very polite and helpful. My room was a double facing the city and mountains. Bed was very comfortable and clean. I had a huge luggage but still had room to move around in room. Loved that check out was at 11:00a and they had luggage storage. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommend."

"Hotel is very convenient and close to Shinkansen station. First floor hotel have Lawson. The room is typical Japanese business hotel but not too small. Very clean. So far if I ever go back to Morioka again I will stay here again. "

I carelessly parked at a Monthly parking space and he helped me to call the car park company and solve the possible penalty problem. "This is an amazing peaceful place. Just perfect for calming minds and taking care of your body in local thermal water. Interior in this hotel is so charming and very traditional. Everybody from the stuff is also really cute and polite. I think if we return here next time in the summer it will be even more interesting with more available facilities of this area. But even now, in middle of April it’s so good and nice. "
