The hotel is kind of dated but spacious and comfortable. The dining area is very pleasant and the food quality is good. Friendly services except the staff at the front desk was kind of showing us a blunt face when we checked in. Quite a convenient location if you are self-driving. Lake Tazawa, Nyuto Onsen and Kakunodate are all within 15-30 minutes driving distances.

Super nice getaway. There is not much around but this hotel is pretty much an all inclusive. They feed you breakfast and dinner buffet with late night snack as well. The food was great and overall was highly impressed with the value. Be careful planning your transportation too and from though as it is very limited.

Excellent room Staff are helpful but cannot speak English. Comfortable place The only complaint was the food. It snowed on the night of arrival and the next day we decided to use the hotel dinning.
