From it's perfect location close to transport links, cafes/restaurants etc. its Spacious , comfortable rooms with everything you could need and easy communication with Hosts who were so accommodating with our stay allowing us a bit of extra time on checkout morning. Genuinely a 10/10 experience and one you won't regret if you book. We will definitely be back next time we visit Budapest. "

"The studio was amazing and the AC worked great during the heatwave. The only thing that was confusing was the check in process. Make sure you email them with when you are coming and they will meet you in front. The address is 3c not 3a so make sure you know which building to go to. The are not on the same side of the side street. Their elevator is out of order so if you cannot do stairs, double check with them that the elevator is fixed. "

"We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. "I was surprised at how nice Maverick Atheneum was, the facilities are very clean and modern. The shared dorms are spacious and offer plenty of privacy. Be aware that the price of the breakfast has actually gone up & this hasn’t been changed online so you’ll need to pay the difference when you arrive. Great location close to the train station & a 20 minute walk to the Danube"
