The rooms were stunning, finished to a luxurious standard with high ceilings and separate bath and shower rooms. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. An excellent hotel. In a quiet part of Budapest near the Parliament building, tram and bus options nearby. Junior suites were very spacious with Austrian themed cabinets and all expected facilities for a 5* hotel. Breakfast selection was extensive.

Fantastic Hotel!

Gorgeous hotel with friendly staff. It was our first trip to Budapest and we had a fantastic time! Amazing city and this hotel was right in the middle of all historic sites that we wanted to see. We loved our stay; the breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone (even picky eaters)! The pool / spa area was a little weird but we enjoyed the facilities anyways. We walked everywhere and saw everything we wanted to see. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when we visit this fabulous city!

Felt like royalty!

“Palace” is indeed the operative word! This hotel was GORGEOUS! The room was GORGEOUS! The dining room for breakfast was awe inspiring Breakfast was great and a meal in the 1st floor restaurant was good. Location was perfect. Service was wonderful.
