「We recently stayed at MRT Suites Lara, but unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing. The main issue was cleanliness. The room was not properly cleaned, and overall hygiene standards were not maintained. The kitchen was missing basic essentials, and no proper toiletries were provided. We had to go out and buy things like toilet tissue ourselves, which is not what you expect when staying at a hotel. The pool was also very dirty, so we couldn’t use it at all, which was very...

「I had a good time, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay. The manager was also very kind, he went out of his way to provide me a charger for my phone and watch. I would consider for my next visit.」

「No kettle in room bedding changed onces through out stay was told coffee use through day then charged by other guy, clean small good deep bath no plugs provided used soap wrapper to block hole, food mmmm selection of continental salad cheeses tomatoes however chips soup and boiled eggs with bread and jam are your other choices some days no milk no butter very poor choice.... But staff helpful to an extent 」

「Odada çalışan hiçbirşey yoktu. Klima ve Tv bozuk . Duş fıskiyesi çalışmıyordu. Oda buz gibi soğuk ve yorgan yok. Üstelik otelde görevli adamın tavırları hiç hoş değildi. Sezonu kapatmış gibi bir hali vardı ama müşteri alıyor. Üstekil otelde tek kalan müşteri bendim bir kadın olarak tedirgin oldum. 」

「It was a very good place the staff where amazing and kind and helpfull they really care about all their guests. They really helped me and my husband with reccomendations for places to go. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. They had many ammentites in the hotel which were just as great. Would 100% reccomend staying. And if possible would rate them more than 5 stars. Please book you will definetly be happy and fulffiled. 」
