"Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Lara. Das Hotel ist modern, neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sowie alle anderen Bereiche waren stets sauber und ordentlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Ein großes Dankeschön geht an OZAN von der Rezeption, der jederzeit sehr nett, professionell und zuvorkommend war. "Staff at the reception very friendly and helpful"

"Hotel mentions that they provide pick up from airport if informed time ahead. No they don't! I wrote them timely - said no such service. On time of arrival still texted them - no one could speak English and didn't respond. Overall one staff member could speak some basic English and was very helpful otherwise communication was poor. "Staff are really friendly and helpful. Kerim and Azza were extremely helpful to assist us for directions and tours. Room was really nice and kept clean, hallways and lobby are very neat. Breakfast variety and completeness is the best I've seen anywhere even much better than the best hotels in USA."

"Meh wouldn’t consider this a 5 star and I’ve been all around the world needs major works to actually be classed as a 5 star seperate charges for everything even £2 everytime I wanted to heat up food even if its their food pretty ridiculous if you ask me anyways the hotel is very appealing to look at but that’s all it was for me nothing much else to it"
