「I hate giving bad reviews but the the Microtel is in very poor condition. There was a broken cart sitting next to the front desk. A bed pad was covering something in the hall next to the broken cart. There was a hole in the ceiling exposing a broken pipe. A bucket on the floor was collecting water underneath the ceiling opening. That was in the first six feet. I could go on but I think that paints a good picture of the condition. Staff was very nice but the hotel needs a extreme makeover. :-(」

「まずエレベータがないのでスーツケースを2階まであげないといけません。部屋に大きな窓がありますが汚くて施錠出来ずずっとオープンで怖かったです。部屋の中に大きめの虫が5匹くらい居ました。引き出しを開けると謎のシミかあり壁に謎のドアがあり不気味でした。壁が薄く隣の音は丸聞こえ。夜中はミシミシきしむ音も気になります。バスタブのお湯は栓できないのでたまりません。このホテルは不気味な感じでした。」

「Check-in was simple and quick, same for check-out. Room was clean and we liked that the sink wasn't in the bathroom. Air conditioning was cold. Safe, quiet, and clean. Would stay again.」

「The room had stained sheets, dirty wash cloths in the shower, holes in the towels. The hallways was full of guest going room to room drinking and smoking until 2am. The walls are thin and you can hear everything on the other side. I travel 30+ weeks a year things worst hotel I’ve been in 10 years」

「The room was spacious and pretty clean. But the bar and the restaurant were closed. I guess the restaurant is close permanently right now, but the bar is supposed to be open and it’s not open on Wednesday nights all that aside the room look nice but when you get in the bed, it was horrible. It should never be in a hotel. It’s the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. It was a big hole in the middle of it and the pillows were lumpy and fat and terrible. 「Close to Interstate, easy access in and out. Large hotel, I stayed in a 2 Queen suite, affordable rate for the size room, 3rd floor has great WI-FI. The indoor pool is heated and the hot tub is nice. Bathroom was large with plenty of counter space. Good size closet and large desk with an office chair. Breakfast was pretty good, coffee available (no french vanilla creamer though). Staff was friendly. I would stay again, I've stayed at several Comfort Suites. Easily becoming a new favorite hotel...

「Check in was awesome as was communication even though we arrived so late Room was fine but lots of stains on bed cover and cigarette burn holes even in non smoking room Felt safe and secure」

「Saturday was bagels and muffins.no hot food staff member was unable to come in. Sunday was awesome had waffles and croissant with egg delicious. She kept the place neat and well stocked on Sunday morning. 」
