「This is a lovely hotel in a row of historic cottages along a street right by the Broughty Ferry waterfront and within easy walking distance to the shore on one side, and shops and restaurants on the other. Street parking in front of the hotel was free although it did take a few trips around the block to find a space during the mid afternoon. We used the pub in the ground floor as a meeting spot for friends and also really enjoyed the breakfast selection. Thank you for a wonderful stay.」

「Compact apartment with everything needed for a short stay. Hot water is good & hot. Good Fish and Chip shop around the corner (had the Haddock with chips and curry which was delicious and a good portion size) and a sandwich bar that serves breakfast items too (bacon butties recommended). Really good bakers across the road with numerous choices. Close to Montrose town centre and beach and on the way in from Dundee and the North. Benefit of Netflix on site and free WiFi. Accommodation is 3A which...

「駅からわりと近い。建物は古い。床が傾いた状態でレストアしとるんで歩くのに慣れが必要。当然エレベーター無し。水回りは綺麗で暖房は十分快適。しかし部屋が古くベッド配置等に無理がありスーツケース広げるのに苦労する。タオルと寝具は清潔に見える。『部屋で飲食するな』との注意書き。そのためか湯沸かしポットと茶葉カップ類は変なところに置いてる。朝食は立派なフル英国風。スタッフは純朴で親切。これでも少し安かったら嬉しいのに。」
