"Building & room was clean. Keys to room did not fully work the correct way the entire time we was there. I called a couple of days of ahead of time tonsee if pool would be open and staff said it would be. After getting a family of 5 ready to go to the pool we saw that it was very dirty and had not been clean in months. My kids(8,6,3) were very disappointed as they were looking forward to swimming in the pool. Feel like they need to do updates to thickness of the floors. We got a noise complaint the one night we were there from guest on the second floor(we were on the 3rd floor). Me and my husband was waiting for the elevator on the 1st floor and could hear all kinds of banging noises from the second floor. "

"These houses were the perfect location for our 6 couples on our Life Group retreat. Such a beautiful, peaceful view and the houses were very well stocked. We spent lots of time on the covered patios and around the firepit. Highly recommend."
