"Room was clean and nicely presented. TV was not working but management sorted it out within 10mins of my call to reception.
Would not recommend dining in bistro as the chicken meal I ordered was grisly, tough and chewy Unfortunatly "
"We arrived and the reception area was locked . There was a note on the door to ring and then they attended via car .I was asked my name on the driveway my name and told key in the room . We left this morning . Again no contact door locked again and left key in drop box . I don’t find this as customer service . I wondered what would happen if there had to be an evacuation or and emergency . The room was clean however our room with a queen and single bed had one pillow each . Unusual this day and age as you normally have extras . The bedside lamp had been purchased at an op shop and I noticed that electrical items had no inspection tags . The kettle does not fit under the tap to be able to fill it. As the night was hot we had pushed the doona onto floor where we observed that it was stained . This was the first time we had stayed here in years . I can honestly say that we won’t be back . Customer service begins at the first interaction which this place clearly doesn’t have . "
"Very clean and inviting, very easy to access places to eat, and great nature spots within walking distance. Perfect for an overnight break out of the city"
