Had a staff member stay whilst working in the area. He said he could see the stains on the mattress through the sheets. He saw a RAT run through his room later in the evening. Barley slept as he was concerned about the rodant running around. Would NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. This is just putrid. I cannot understand how you can charge people to stay in this squallar!

Very happy with the room nice and clean the only thing there was no teaspoons supplied or other cutlery and there was 2 cups but different sizes and also no extra pillows and no contact with the staff it was all done by phone but thats just our opinion apart from that would recommend

Mistake.

I booked for three nights but left after two. I have never done that before. Major issue is extreme traffic noise which is constant and very poorly screened. Needs double glazing. Also, cracked shower screen, toilet off the wall, no emptying of bins, no replenishment of tea,coffee no housekeeping at all. Views? None of Warragul- just bushes, dry grass and rabbits. Never again.

Needs upgrading, the bed was so saggy I hardly slept and ended up with a sore back. The air conditioner was old as was everything else.

This motel was basic, a little austere but not uncomfortable. I have seen the pale grey laminex budget furnishings and minimal fit out in many independent vintage motels in Australia where the original 70s fit out has been removed but the later owners have taken a minimalist and little effort as possible approach to furnishing the accommodation. Bathroom was clean and functional, if again a little bare. The only really unpleasant part was the extremely stained carpet, which should be replaced asap. The garden setting was potentially attractive but a little run down. But overall not bad value for money if you are on a budget and you need somewhere to stay.
