Property wasn’t clean when I got there. Staff didn’t even know. I had a booking blankets were unclean and had to request for them to be changed. When I got there found bugs in the room honestly not a good stay would not recommend.

Absolutely disgusting. Unfriendly staff on check in. Room was dirty, not maintained, electrical sockets unsafe, tap for toilet hand washing is also the kitchenette sink, the tap for the sink was falling off, surfaces sticky and dirty, drawers falling apart and there was urine and toilet paper from someone else in the bathroom. Complained to Expedia who reached out to the motel and they refused to refund our money. Photo evidence of this disgusting property provided to Expedia also. We couldn’t stay here and left straight away. Also in a really dodgy area.

Don't rely on what the online pictures shows. Totally different from what you see & what you get. Trust me it wasn't what we expected. However, when its offered as a cheap deal then beware!

The main door have big gaps so the smell from the outside are coming all the time especially the smoking smell. When we first arrived & open the door, the room smells cigarette and it never went away. For non smoker guests, we feels sick & annoyed due to the smells

Called landline for check in as property was unmanned. Was told to wait for a call back... so polite! Text message told me to enter room 3 and found Homeless man was in the bed.... told to go to other room, power point short circuited my phone charger. Owner arrived 1 hour later kicking out squatters from other rooms threatening to kill them if they come back. Crack heads next door kept me awake until 5am. Worst $135 ever spent, Bus shelter is a better option!

Room reasonable but could certainly do with some maintenance and upkeep to make it present better and more enjoyable to stay, was noisy at times with people coming and going at all hours of the night, hotel was in a convenient location for my requirements.

Horrible. Sheets were dirty, no quilt, every inch of the room was filthy. Body hair on sheets. Greasy floor obviously dirty, no staff at either check in or check out. At check in only a number to ring and we were told that the room was open and the key on the table. Totally unsafe for a mother and children, anyone off the street could have let themselves into the room. Pillowcases dirty, shelves and drawers unusable as broken. Will be contacting consumer affairs to escalate this matter further !
