All except the elevator being broken during our stay, since we were on the 6th floor and had two girls 4 & 6. It was a nice cozy room.

The room was overall in good condition, nice and clean. Although we didn't use the pool it needs updated. The walk way to the beach was being updated. Overall great stay.

On the beach with a pool. everything was as it should be for a great vacation. But next trip, note to self, bring coffee and filters, dish soap & dishwasher soap. I highly recommend this property and will be staying here many more times also

The suite was well maintained and clean. It was large enough for my husband and I. If you have a small child it would be fine but much larger family may have tight quarters. The staff was friendly and helpful. Certainly exceeded our expectations.

Everything was as the listing described except for the blue water in the photos. The water was actually brown. I thought that was a little misleading. Other than that a great experience!

Great location, great place to stay. The only negative was the fact that the elevators kept breaking down.

Clean as a whistle, just the right size for our 4, Beautiful view from our balcony., great location and within walking distance to shops, dining, bunk for small adults or children. Very close to location of National Shrimp Festival. Will try to go back if possible!

The elevators can be heard throughout the entire condo and the bedrooms are nearest the elevators. The hotel is only about 6 rooms wide and there are elevators on both sides. Every time someone rides an elevator there is this loud clanking noise. I stayed in the middle of the week and it went on until 2am. I called the office the 2nd night thinking it had been wind or something. They said "Does it sound like someones moving heavy metal or something?" Yes... Front desk: "that's the elevator". I could not believe it. I said why do you have a 10pm quiet curfew for your own paying customers when you're elevators are so loud...? I am not a light sleeper. This is not a noise that is muted by a fan. It's clanging metal on metal random noises all night. All they do is take your money and smile...it's ridiculous. If you're cooking your own food, the kitchen skillet they give you is tiny. Like the smallest skillet sold. I had to use a large pot just to be able to move vegetables around and cook eggs. Overall, don't waste your money and if this is how this hotel is managed I would only assume all Brett Robinson properties are like this.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. We were able to book for the 4th and had a great view of the fireworks from our balcony! The only downside was the pool seemed to be 'closed for maintenance' more often then usual and with an eager seven year old, my husband and I endured some complaining. ☺️ We will definitely consider using this property again.
