A stay where Gulf views meet the warmth and ease of a thoughtfully designed home. Fernhill By The Sea is a Gulf-front favorite, offering space for up to 13 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, perfect for families or groups seeking shared moments by the water.

Wake up to the sound of waves and enjoy direct access to the sand via your own private boardwalk. Whether you're savoring coffee on the balcony, grilling fresh catch on the charcoal grill, or gathering around the dining table after a day of shelling and sun, every moment here feels like part of something worth remembering.

Inside, the main level is designed for easy living. The primary king suite to the left features a double vanity and walk-in shower, ideal for refreshing after the beach. A half bath and laundry area add to the convenience. The open living area offers comfortable sofas, a TV, and panoramic Gulf views that draw you out onto the balcony for al fresco dining or sunset watching.

The kitchen is fully stocked for everything from pancake breakfasts to seafood dinners, equipped with a standard coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, and more. Downstairs, the grill area invites laid-back cookouts after a day exploring the coast.

Upstairs, you'll find a mix of sleeping options that work well for different guest groups. On one side, a bunk room with two twin-over-twin beds and another room with a double bed, twin-over-twin bunk, and trundle. These rooms share a nearby bathroom. On the other side, a second king bedroom includes a private bathroom and its own balcony, ideal for those wanting a quiet spot to unwind with a view.

Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, wardrobe closet, and private bathroom with walk in shower and TV.
Bedroom 2: 1 King bed, TV, and private bathroom.
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and TV.
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin over Twin bunk bed, 1 Twin trundle, and TV.

Fernhill by the Sea was a wonderful Family Vacation home. Plenty of room for 13+ to sleep and hangout. Loved the balconies, porches and boardwalk. It had lots of pots, pans and dishes for our family to cook huge meals. This is our second year staying here and hope to come back again!

This house checked all the boxes. We had a wonderful family vacation. Perfect location, perfect layout and an overall beautiful home. We will be back! *pack your hairdryer. It’s the only thing I thought they would provide that wasn’t there.

It was so nice to be right on the beach in a very nice house all to ourselves. The upstairs master was amazing with the balcony ! We could hear the waves as we fell asleep and watch the sun rise in the morning right from bed!

The house was perfectly located. So close to everything and yet far enough out that it was literally a private beach. The house itself looked nothing like the pictures online, It was even better!!! The boardwalk is a must if you’re gonna have lots of trips out to the beach. Check in and check out was simply a touch of a button on my phone. Great AC, Great supply of everything you’d need. Plenty of towels for everyone. The rocking chairs on the front porch were nice to sit in as well. The pass is just a couple houses down and the kids did lots of fishing there as well. It was money well spent and we had an excellent vacation!!!

This was a great location, right on the beach and the wooden ramp to the beach goes straight from the back deck of the house. Most days we brought our chairs and fishing gear up the ramp about halfway and left it there for the night, it made the whole setup/takedown experience so much easier.

Loved the house! We liked where it was located, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and most of all the boardwalk to the beach. We had plenty of towels and wash clothes, etc. This house has the best stocked kitchen of any house we have ever stayed in. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was great as was the location. The walkway to the beach made access easy even with chairs and toys. Loved the outside furniture. The only negative would be the cleanliness of the property when we arrived.
