「We loved this spot! Loved being on the water and the apartment was cozy and clean with a comfortable bed. The dock was a favorite feature - a fantastic place to watch the sunset over the water. Our dogs also loved it and we are always so grateful for rentals that allow our furry family members! The space did have a bit of a musty scent fyi for those that are sensitive, but it didn't really bother us. We would recommend this rental and would definitely stay again!」

「We met the owner personally. He was very friendly. He answered all our messages almost immediately. The pool was refreshing and being able to pull up by boat was a plus. We were very comfortable. It was a quick bike ride to the beer fest we were attending. We also enjoyed meeting their pet cats! 」

「Excellent Stay」

「It was very clean. The king sized bed was surprisingly comfortable. The step in shower was a big plus. It was extremely close to many restaurants and stores (short walking distance). Comfortable porch to sit and people watch. Artsy Me just downstairs was super fun and our family painted our own pottery there. We visited Apalachicola for the first time with our adult daughter and the place was very accommodating for all 3 of us. 」

「I stayed in this bungalow for 4 nights. It's very comfortable and well maintained. It really is within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. It might be a little too close to a really nice ice-cream shop. I think I somehow ended up there several times. Lol.」

「Beautifully decorated home! All the amenities of home! The bed was super comfy! Appreciated all the spices and laundry detergent. Overall it was a great home!!!」

「This was our second trip to the Riverside cottages. The property is great and had everything me and my husband needed for our boating trip. We brought our dog with us and there was a nice walking area at the back of the property for him. Our 24ft boat had ample space to fit beside the house and there was a hose we could wash it down after. The boat ramp is right across the street, and we could walk to all the restaurants. Great location.」
