Location, location, location!The condo is smack dab in the middle of everything there is to do in Historic Apalach! We walked to it all and had one of our best experiences in recent memory!The bed is amazingly confortable and the vibe of the unit is spot on for a fabulous getaway!!

Great location for Apalachicola activities. Walk to restaurants and shops. Clean. Quiet. Bed is really comfortable. Sofa and deck furniture aren’t so comfortable but get the job done. Of the three units in the building (I’ve rented all 3 numerous times) I think this one is the best. Wife and dogs approve.

Needs a dishwasher, or a system for washing drying dishes. More drying clothes, drying rack etc. Place was super cute, bed mattress could be updated. Overall adorable, but could use the suggestions above. Cleaning ladies need to do a better job in dusting. I would come back, but for the price the above needs to be done.

Clean the refrigeration and by a new counter top Microwave

Good location and nicely decorated. Appears clean but the refrigerator smelled like rotten fish. Also, the microwave was very difficult to open so we had to yank it open and that causes things to spill over. It is a countertop small microwave and inexpensive to replace so there is no excuse not to. The king bed was wonderful to sleep on. The owner should alert potential renters that the apartment is located at the top of a steep staircase with many steps.

wonderful apartment in Apalach!

excellent location and stylishly decorated, spacious apartment. loved our stay. my only wish would be a working dishwasher and a few more plates/pans for extended stays. overall, it was a terrific experience.

Should have stayed another night

Apalachicola was a beautiful, small town. Would have loved to stay another night. This property was extremely nice and comfortable. I hope this nice town doesn’t get ruined by commercialization like rosemary, fort Walton etc.

Fun Getaway

The place was exactly as promised and was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect and we never had to move the car after we arrived. Everything is within walking distance. Communication with Taylor was seamless.

Perfect for us!

Taylor was awesome! We had an energy happen and we couldn’t make it on the first day scheduled for our anniversary trip (24 years!). The place was tasteful in its decorations- no crazy colors and seashells- and in a perfect location. The back deck was an awesome plus! We will definitely stay here again!😍

Perfection in Apalachicola

The perfect location in Apalachicola where you can walk to everything, shops, restaurants, attractions. The apartment is extremely comfortable and well equipped, even though we didn't cook, and we couldn't believe how quiet it was. Has a great balcony to sip a glass of wine and people watch. We will definitely be back.

Adorable Unit

Perfect little place right in the middle of Apalachicola. The unit itself was so nice with exposed brick walls, nice furnishings and an awesome balcony. The location was conveniently walkable to plenty of restaurants and shops. Also a short drive to St. George Island. Overall, a great, easy rental experience.

Nice and close

Great place with walkable access to the entire town. Very roomy place. Excellent description of access to the rental unit and contact with the owner was great I will definitely stay there again if we get back to Apalachicola.

We really enjoyed Apalachicola

This VRBO is one block from the river and right downtown. Apalachicola is an adorable small town with good restaurants, shopping and no traffic jams. My only caveat is that the bed has a pillow top mattress and was not as firm as I prefer. Overall, We still really enjoyed our stay.

Very Satisfied

This apartment is very nicely decorated and furnished. Location is perfect for walking around Apalach. The only drawback is the 22 stairs when unloading and loading. We are both 81 and in pretty good shape, but most people our age might have trouble with the climb.

Beautiful Apartment

We enjoyed our stay at this nicely decorated apartment. The place was clean, but they should vacuum the sofa cushions; I dropped my phone in the sofa side cushions and could see a lot of sand and crumbs. Having a washer and dryer in the hall outside the apartment was excellent. Also, the listing says a dishwasher, but the owners emailed us it was not working before our visit, so it is not a big deal. But thought people should know. The town is cute, with a few casual restaurants nearby.
