"This is a beautiful property in the countryside. The staff are excellent, the food was excellent and the location is beautiful. The lodge is so cozy and we spent hours sitting by the fire. "Such a great hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff!! The room was a decent size and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly responsive to our needs. We had a car on checking in and staff immediately opened up the secure garage to allow us to park. We felt completely safe leaving our car here. Also, the hair dryer attached to the bathroom wall was only working intermittently so I was given another one within 1 minute of reporting it. Finally, the breakfast was good with fresh made-to-order eggs. You should definitely stay here if your travels take you to Latacunga!!"
