Very local to all transport & central to city. The staff were helpful. The room&bathroom were very compact. Very claustrophobic infact. The beds are comfortable and water pressure was brilliant. Balconies are totally useless as an extra feature. A high glass protector over the railing so it feels more like a room than a balcony. Only chairs provided on balcony with NO table to enjoy the space. I didn't get to enjoy sitting out there & I wasted my money on it. Breakfast has enough to satisfy needs but the scrambled eggs,beans and vegetable were always just a little warm....almost cold. The heated tray they use is not really fit for purpose. Looks great but doesn't keep the food warm. Girls serving at breakfast are like little ninja's with the empty plates....far to quick to clear them. There is only a coffee machine in the room. I had to request a kettle which they did provide. Shops and restaurants are a bit sparce around the hotel, but plenty around the Marques de Pombal circle. My biggest complain about the service was the packed breakfast provided on the last day. It was dry bread with no butter, one slim slice of ham and one slim slice of cheese. It was the most dry sandwich ever!!!!!!!. The person who prepared it should be sacked. It was BISMAL!!!! I paid for the breakfast so its my right to have a decent packed breakfast. I was not impressed & am angry with the staff who prepared it. An apple, a drink and this extremely dry sandwich. The worst I have ever experienced

Only night stay. Everything was satisfactory.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Felix was super quick in getting our luggage to our room and very friendly. The hotel in general was a very good stay, comfortable and clean. 5 star in my book.

Great location within walking distance to transport options and local attractions. Located on a tram route so easy yo get on and off.

Not a lot of amenities in the immediate area but the staff for the facilities was amazing and Incredibly accommodating and fast to respond!
