The staff are amazing. They greeted me by name everywhere I went. Attentive and caring! The architectural details and artistic flair are beyond compare. The views are nothing short of extraordinary. "The room I booked had a large comfortable bed and an extremely well-lit and half-open spaced spacious bathroom. I especially loved that they offered a smart bidet and a large bathtub. They even used robot for deliveries to my room so I don't need to go down to the lobby for pick-ups or feel awkward when I opened door with pajamas on to retrieve deliveries. The hotel is around 10-15 mins drive away from ShenZhen international airport so it was pretty close. There's a large cafe/coffee bar with lots of comfy seats on lobby level so hanging out with clients/friends or working on laptop was a breeze. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I am happy with my overall experience at this hotel."
