「My flight arrived after midnight, but I could smoothly check in. The room was clean and quiet. Since my arrival was very late, I couldn’t buy anything at the airport and I was tired. I appreciate the complimentary water packs. Breakfast was also good. If they have a 24-hour store in the hotel, it will be better for those who arrive late (many products in a vending machine were already out when I arrived).」
「The whole stay was lovely but in particular I want to thank the woman who checked us in. We arrived an hour earlier than planned and she was getting ready to leave. She stayed to check us in, and throughout our stay was friendly and helpful, asking if we wanted housekeeping or an early breakfast on the day we left. I wish I could name her but I hope she knows how much we appreciated her help.」
