「We have always liked this BW and have stayed here many times. This time the room, and a room we were going to move to, were both very musty smelling. We were just there. In June and the rooms were not musty. The front desk did try to get us another room but it was musty also. The staff though makes the hotel! They are all great, especially the lady that takes care of the breakfast area. They are all very courteous and kind.」

「Although the staff is nice, the facilities are very ancient. They should be upgraded immediately. The operator ignores necessary investments.」

「Grace went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thank you Grace !」

「Everyone was no nice and friendly. The free breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean.」
