"The hotel is well maintained, exceptionally clean, has wonderful linens. We stayed in an upstairs room with very narrow winding staircase with no handrails. Difficult to navigate as we are a senior couple. The room was small, but well appointed. However, the peaked ceiling did not allow for a complete wall between the bedroom and bathroom and afforded little privacy. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. "Everything was lovely, the room was spacious and comfortable. It’s in a nice area of the city and there are many food options available. The tram is right around the corner and only costs €2.10 and will get you to any area of the city. I ordered room service one night and it was adequate. My one complaint is the key is sensitive and if it gets anywhere near your cell phone it will need to be reset which is a bit of a pain to continually have to go to the desk.
