"A lovely stay at Hotel Bristol Stephanie. I have been a regular over the past 15 years, and it is pleasing to see how the decor and facility has evolved, so it still looks and feels fresh and contemporary. My only issue this time was the attitude of the dining staff during breakfast... I, and other residents, believe the hotel should make it clear to residents in advance that serving times on a national holiday are not the same as a weekend. This would help avoid confusion on the day."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect , very nice , very upper class feel to it , check in was speedy and extremely freindly , the room was spacious and catered to wxarcly what we wanted , it was very clean very tidy and litetally a 2 minute walk to grand place and a plethroa of places to eat and explore , i highly recommend this hotel "

"Felt safe as a female solo traveller. Lovely building and great staff. Unfortunately didn’t get the opportunity to get to the rooftop bar, there was an event on for a couple days. Only criticism I have is that the pillows were not suitable for me (too soft) so I had to buy one"

I even stayed ALL day in bed in the room one at this place. The staff was very helpful and I could travel to almost all areas of town on the near by subway. Thank you!"

"A nice hotel. Room interior a bit dated and a bit dark even with all the lights on but excellent soundproofing, good room size and comfortable bed. Basically everything you need for a good night's sleep"

"The facilities as well as the staff were great. The hotel is a great choice if you're flying to or from the BRU airport. They also offer a shuttle service free of charge if you have booked a room. The only drawback is its connection to the city by public transport. There's a train leaving every 1 hour which makes it less flexible to plan your visits. Other than that it is definitely a highly recommended accommodation. "

"Excellent location for exploring Brussels, 2min walk from the train station. Staff helpful and polite. We wanted to check in early, they were going to charge €35 unless we signed up to Novotel, which was very easy to do. Room good size and clean, however the pillows were awful. Very firm and lumpy. The rituals toiletries were nice. Had to ask for English tea bags as they only had fruit teas in the room, paper cups and no teaspoons for stirring drinks, which seems daft. Other than those few...

"Arrived early about 11am as the weather wasn't great,wanted to just park the car and head into the city,and before you knew it we was allowed to check into our room and everything else was perfect, the lady I think it was Catrina or something like that couldn't be more helpful "

"Very close to Brussels Midi station so convenient for Eurostar. Easy to get to other parts of Brussels via Metro from Brussels Midi station. Nice room. Comfy bed. Air Con. Good buffet breakfast."
