VRBO told us to call the third party property manager to work it out. Property Manager (host) did not respond to messages and the phone line went unanswered. "Nice, clean cabin but we were extremely dissapointed to learn that the fireplace was FAKE. It’s plastic. This cabin was advertised with a working fireplace and this was our only reason for renting this cabin. This was a huge dissapointment. The heating is with an electric stove which works slowly and dries the air out: we were all having headaches and dry eyes from the air quality."

"Wir waren 13 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Leider mussten 3 Erwachsen und 1 Kind wegen Krankheit absagen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage war abgelegen und gut zu erreichen. Weil das Wetter gut war konnten wir viel spazieren. Nach La Roche waren es 30 Minuten zu Fuss. Das Städchen ist sehr schon. Wir koennen es sicher weiter empfehlen."

"Die Lage der Häuser ist wirklich sehr schön und idyllisch. Leider musste man sich Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausleihen (wußte wir vorher), was prinzipiell nicht das Problem ist, aber schade, dass man nicht vorher gefragt wird, sondern mehrfach zur Rezeption laufen muss. Die Info an der Rezi daher eher dürftig. Das Bettzeug selber passt nicht in die Bettwäsche. Das Haus selber auch nicht besonders gemütlich. Die Couch nicht liegbar und auch nicht wirklich gut sitzbar. Alles in allem okay, muss ich...

"Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende mit der ganzen Familie in diesem schönen Haus. Genug Platz für alle Aktivitäten drinnen. Der Aussenbereich könnte zum Spielen noch ein bisschen größer sein, aber man kann auch die sehr ruhige Straße nutzen. In der Umgebung ist man mit dem Auto schnell an vielen tollen Ausflugszielen.
