The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. "Very nice property, Swimming pool amazing, however there was ants infestation on the swimming pool chairs. Quiet from the noise of the traffic, however we had a room by the kitchen and they clinked pants and whatever till midnight."
