Really great place to stay. Modern, clean, and right next to Vienna Central Station. However, they don't store luggage, which would be fine normally. But they suggest storing luggage through Radical Storage and offer you a discount. Radical storage finds you stores to leave your luggage but this is problematic as the first store I went to was closed and turns out the owner was on holidays (thanks to Google lens for translating). It was cold and raining and my luggage got wet standing outside and waiting for Radical customer support to find me another place. I asked them to find me the next closest place and they booked me somewhere that was a 10-15 minute walk away in the rain. Not a pleasant experience. The hotel should not be endorsing this method of luggage storage. Additionally, Netflix wasn't working on the TV and when I asked for support, there was no communication.

Well located Just didn't like the construction around the property

It was a wonderful stay

Excellent and stylish hotel. Great bar. In a quiet university neighborhood walkable to everything.

The breakfast is expensive but incredible, near all the good attractions, and the staff was really friendly and helpful.
