Above Griante 2 km from the centre of Griante, 4 km from the centre of Menaggio, 33 km from the centre of Como, in an elevated position on a slope, residential area (villas), 1.5 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: property (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool with privacy (seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.) with shutter cover. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: storage room for bicycles, heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises, single garage. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 2 km, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 1.5 km, railway station "Como" 33 km, ferry "Cadenabbia" 2.7 km, pebble beach "Al Puunt" 1.5 km, grass beach "Parco Olivelli-Tremezzo" 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 4.5 km. Nice villa with a good view

As it was raining a lot when we were there we spent a lot of time inside the house. But for such weather the villa is a good place. It's nice furnished and the view on Bellagio is a little treasure.
