「清潔さと立地の利便性が良かったです。」

「This is my first time in a Premier Inn, which for the NZ AU people, this is the Jetstar of hotels. The room was tidy, spacious and nice. The hotel was clean and tidy. However the staff (except for one person) were not helpful. For check in, we arrived 15mins early but were not even given a chance to ask for an early check in, we were told to go wait in the restaurant area, as in we were unable to even say our name before being told check in is 3pm not earlier. By 3pm there was about 5-6...

「Parking in front is expensive」

「Even though we paid for the previous night and breakfast, but didn't stay as we were on a longhaul flight, when we arrived at 8am we were not allowed breakfast. Terrible drain smell from bathroom that meant we had to leave light and extraction fan on permanently and buy airfreshners」

「Good location」

「Come tutti i Premier Inn: pulizia appena sufficiente, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e in numero sufficiente. Colazione abbondante e di buona qualità (non ottima).」

「The only concern I had was with the shower/bathtub combination. It is very difficult getting out, because the floor of the room is 6" lower than the bottom of the tub. And without anything to hold on to, I found it very dangerous.」

「The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Free parking, beautiful lake nearby.」
