"Das hotel war eigentlich ganz gut. Das abendessen war sehr gut und das Frühstück auch sehr lecker. Personal sehr freundlich. Leider war das bett eine Katastrophe, sobald man sich gedreht hat, war es am quietschen und knacken, was den schlaf sehr beeinträchtigt hat. Die Matratze war durch gelegen. In der dusche lagen haare im Abfluss und in der dusche an der silikon naht überall schwarze schimmel flecke. Am wasch becken klebte irgendwas, als wäre was ausgelaufen gewesen. "We came here for a week in late November, looking forward to a relaxing spa break. They insisted that the whirpool (hot tub) is supposed to be at max 30°c. So it was cold and unusable during our stay here. The pillows are uncomfortable - one of them is lumpy and the other is narrow and hard. Room was okay. Spacious. Beautiful location by the lake. Parking is limited."
