"Poor service at check-in, despite the fact that we could prove we had already paid for the room via hotels.com they insister we had to pay directly to the hotel! Moreover, it was not very clean and the shower did not work well, it shifted from warm to cold to very hot without warning and without us touching it. Lousy shower. Cannot recommend anybody to stay at this hotel."
