The entire place is outdated by more than 5 decades. The cleanliness is awful. They have put no effort into the maintenance of the property and rely solely on location (it’s only perk). Staff is less than tolerable not even giving the vouchers for breakfast we were owed- or when we bought a 4$ water ...

Hyatt Grand Central New York
Didn't use amenities however the room was dirty! The shower did not drain so we stood ankle deep in dirty water while trying to shower. The room just looked dirty. Smudges on the wall, dust in the corners, hand prints all over the door.....
