「The lady up front was really nice and helpful」

「The free breakfast choices at Dennys were OK. The staff were very friendly. Our microwave was broken. I reported it to the front desk. While she was very friendly and concerned, the microwave was never fixed over the 3 remaining days of our stay.」

「Door didnt lock in the back so you didnt need your keycard to get in the building and had access to the rooms. Unsafe. Dryer didnt work and they couldnt just exhange it. They offered to switch rooms, but with a baby and an animal, i chose to stay in the room I was already in. Breakfast was more of a leftovers snack bar. Bread, dry cereal, yogurt. Thats not breakfast. 」

「Be careful in the showers! Very slick. My granddaughter slipped and fell twice. One of the times she split her forehead and needed stitches in the ER. When I mentioned what happened to the front desk staff they said they do have non-slip mats, but that they would bring it up to the general manager. The two days we were there the water never got hot, barely lukewarm. The breakfast was pretty good. Plenty of options. 」

「The facilities was very clean and looked up, kept throughout the entire state. The staff was more than nice, always accommodating and willing to help out with whatever crazy question assistance we may have needed. 」

「Saturday night we were using the swimming pool and then the gym Both were out of towels I asked the front desk for help but the woman was rude」

「Parking lot not secure. Hotel room lock didnt work, windows busted. Bed sheet stained and hair inside. Moved room trump but also bad, bad, bad. 」

「Bad location surrounded by iron fence due to the high number of homeless everywhere. Charged me for my documented service animal as front desk had no understanding of the law. My service dog is for a true medical need yet I forced to sign for it & pay. we did not feel safe outside the hotel to even walk around, should of drove 5 more minutes east for a nicer area. This hotel is just not in a good safe location」

「The hot tube was broken and the pool was freezing. There were brown spots and holes on all cielings (our room and pool), the bathroom door was rough looking. Hairs were in our beds. Mold was in the shower. I think the bed closest to the bathroom had bed bugs. My daughter has multiple raised bumps, specically in a group of 3. 」

「We were late getting to the hotel and the night clerk was very nice in getting us checked in. The room was clean and that is a big thing for us. We had our pup with us and no issues with him staying there as well. Breakfast was well stocked and hot. We will stay there again next time in the area. 」

「The only small negative comment would the pillows were too soft for my liking. So bringing an extra pillow would be helpful. Room was great! Shower was really hot, which I enjoy. Taught my 15 year old son how to play pool for the first time! Such a quiet area too. Staff was friendly. We love Tru hotels!」
