I called the hotel & they had someone from housekeeping look for it & find it. This was the most friendly and accessible staff I have ever dealt with. The rooms were impeccable."

"I stayed here for two nights and it was very pleasant. Breakfast was OK, but the coffee line got backed up because of some odd machines they decided to use. The room was very nice and clean and the shower was great… no problem with hot water and a nice grab bar. Elevators were a bit slow during the morning rush, but otherwise just fine. It was very close (10 minute drive) to Mount Washington, where my daughter lives, so it was really convenient. The hotel had lots of parking available. I’ve stayed at a few other places around Pittsburgh and I’ll probably stay here the next time I go."
