"We stayed in a King room with a kitchen. Exactly what we needed! We had dishes and a few pots and pans, toaster, stove, and refrigerator. The breakfasts were wonderful. I'd recommend going down later than the opening at 6:30 am -- which was quite busy, but everything was well stocked. I loved that they had coffee available all day. And I really liked my in-room coffee maker.
Everything was kept clean and tidy. Very impressed with the excellent service.
My only tiny complaints are lack of early-morning hot water (we started taking showers at night) and the A/C was quite cold in the room. We shut off the A/C (we thought) but it kept going. We never took the time to ask if we were doing something wrong at the front desk, so that's on us.
I would highly recommend MainStay Suites!"
"Archway Inn was a wonderful place to vacation with our dog. There was plenty of area to walk him safely in a well lit area, as well as they supplied a small fenced in area with rock and turf for the dogs to run loose. The hotel was extremely clean and there were staff everywhere you looked to help with anything and everything, and they did so with a smile. This is now our go to hotel each year when we visit Moab."
"The Moab Valley Inn was adequate. It is an older motel that is just showing it's wear and tear. The breakfast was good. The towels and showers were good. I would have liked the opportunity to go to either the lobby area or breakfast area for an evening coffee or tea. That would have been nice."
"I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. The hotel is about a mile out of Moab, but it was very quiet. The staff was super friendly.
A nice pool and a clean hot tub.
The breakfast could use some healthier options. It was a typical eggs, sausage and sugar cereal style. Some yogurt and fruit would be a nice addition. There little store is very limited as well,"
"We had booked a suite Within a short time of being in the suite , there was a rumbling nouse followed by a stench from the drains which became stifling . The front desk obviously knew about the problem m and should not have given us that room in the first place . W e had to change rooms after midnight and then again the following day . Staff were helpful. Bathroom not cleaned properly and if the 3 rooms we occupied , 2 had cracked wash basins . Toilet not cleaned properly Was disappointed with this hotel because it does not live up to its required standards "
"Friendly, helpful staff. I stayed here with my dog. They had 4-5 grassy areas for dogs to potty, which is very helpful in the desert as my dog prefers grass. I really liked the small sink, counter, shelf, paper towels in the area with the fridge and microwave. Place was clean and bed was comfy."
