"Clean room. Great location (not in the hustle and bustle of the town center, but only a 5 minute drive from it). Great location for Arches and Canyonland."
"We loved it here! Very close to Arches National Park and downtown Moab! Multiple hot tubs and pools to relax in after a day of hiking made for a great experience for our whole family. The beds are super comfortable and the breakfast was great!"
"This was a beautifully clean and well maintained hotel. The entry was very welcoming and the glass doors and windows very clean, giving a wonderful first impression. The lobby and front area were also nice. The staff was very helpful with our challenges in setting up some medical equipment. We needed to move to a different room that would accommodate, and that was done very quickly, efficiently, and pleasantly. Our room was comfortable and had just about everything we needed. The breakfast was much better than most other hotel breakfasts. The area was spotless, with an abundance of food choices, and 3 (! ) waffle makers. There was even a nice flower arrangement to add to the welcome. They served hot scrambled eggs and sausage. Also available were waffles, bread, bagels, yogurt, cereal, juice and fruit, among other items. We would happily stay there again. I also particularly liked the efforts for ecology, in having water bottle filling machines in a few locations and compostable plates. Having a guest laundry available is another plus."
"The room was clean but being on the ground floor you could hear every footstep above you. The music from the pool area was bumping loud every night until 10pm. Then the kids running and jumping above me lasted until 11pm. The gym was filthy. They didn't bother lifting up the back of treadmills to clean under. So much dirt. I don't think they ever clean the pool either. Thick amount of bugs and leaves in the pool every day. First day the pool attendant completely ignored me, never once spoke to me. The next day a different attendant was there and was very friendly. The walls are so thin I could hear my neighbor next door sneeze. I had the ac set as low as possible and it was still very hot in the room. Overall nice hotel and clean rooms."
"Nice newer hotel. Breakfast wasn’t as good as the Holiday Inn Express in Oneanta, NY, which we had just come from spending a week at. Only complaint was the sliding style door for the bathroom, not 100% private"
