"Very well kept, clean property with amiable staff. Was grateful that coffee was available when I made a very early departure. No restaurant but good delivery service from some local restaurants. It might good for the hotel to stock some wine in airline size bottles. Also, to have a bench on the side of the hotel. It was a beautiful day when I arrived and nowhere to sit out of doors. Would stay here again. "

"This place is cheap and not worth it. Place was not cleaned when I arrived. Bathroom had pubic hairs in the shower stall,which I had no choice but to clean it myself, half a roll of toliet paper for 2 women ,area rugs dingy, wasn't vacuumed outdated furniture. No carpet on staircase which my friend fell on ,very uncomfortable master Bedroom had an open vent over the bed where bugs can come through, which was on the bed. Tv's no internet. I was very disgusted!!!"

"The room is perfect for a weekend getaway for couples. It is exactly like the description - "cozy". It was ideal for what I needed, close to JFK and parking. This neighborhood surprised me. It's super quiet, away from the busy city life of NYC. Who knew?! I love it! I would definitely stay again. "

"This home is close to shops and transportation in a quiet neighborhood. It is clean, has comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. We had good communication with the property manager. Plenty of heat and hot water. Did have an issue with the heat not working the first night (and ACs are left in the windows so it gets drafty), but they came and fixed it the next day.Kitchen appliances were updated and in good working order.No sign of bugs or rodents. One basement room did have a small area of a water leak against the wall, but the room was still usable. Overall it was a positive rental experienceOur 3 generation family was quite comfortable during our stay. Thank you!"
