「Wonderful experience. The hotel is new and was opened on June 15, 2025. Despite the short period of operation, everything works perfectly. The entire staff is well-rehearsed, courteous and very polite. 「改装したてのお部屋で使用するのは二組目だとのこと。とても綺麗でオシャレでしたが少しペンキ臭は残っていました。細かいことを言うとテレビやかけてある絵が少し歪んでいたり、洗面台に石鹸置き場が欲しかったりと言うところです。朝食のビュッフェはバリエーションも多く、本当に美味しかったです。到着した日のランチに利用したホテルのレストランも少し塩味がきついように思えましたが、とても美味しくいただきました。」

「部屋から海、海岸が見えて景色が素晴らしい。室内は白と青色でまとめられていて趣があります。ファミリー用の部屋にアップグレードしてもらったのですが、隣の部屋の方は小さい子どもと一緒に宿泊しているようでした。スタッフは皆親切です。日本人からすると笑顔が足りない、ドライだと感じるときもあるかも知れませんが、海外ではとくに一般的なレベルかと思います。朝食のビュッフェは定番のベーコン、サラミ、オムレツやスクランブルエッグなど肉、卵料理はもちろん、サラダが豊富に置かれていました。私たちは使いませんでしたが、トレーニングジムもあり、長期滞在に向いていると感じました。」

「New property in Chania … exceptional facility and staff … superb FIVE star experience Enjoyed the experience immensely, even though they had been open for only a few months … they delivered an exceptional experience. We had the junior suite with a swimming pool, spacious and elegant. You almost don’t want to leave your room. Manos, the operations manager was warm, caring and welcoming. The facilities: 3 swimming pools with excellent seating, gym: state of the art, and multiple restaurants...

"施設はきれいで、スタッフの方にも丁寧に対応して頂きました。夕食込みのプランで、料理は美味しく、食べきれないくらいでした。問題点は、シャワーの温度が低いこと、そして騒音です。シャワーの温度は高くしても、ぬるま湯程度で風邪をひくのでは、と思うほどでした。また私が案内された部屋の前にライブハウスのようなものがあり、音楽の騒音と、若者が騒ぐ声が一晩中続きました。"
