「El check in fue terrible, mil veces hablé para que me pasaran el código, y si no tienes internet y la aplicación por la que reservaste olvídalo que no te mandan nada. El lugar muy bien lástima que tenía una fuga de agua, la cocina llena de agua y con pelos! Muy desagradable! Espero pongan atención en estos detalles porque el lugar está muy bien!」

「Host was very unresponsive, checking in was even harder. After finally checking in I reached out to the hostess to inquire about Wi-Fi and there was no response later on after showering. There was no hot water throughout our stay. The host is never answered and just left me on red. It was a horrible experience. I hated this place. nothing was even set up for people to stay here Towels in the floor. Overall terrible experience and I’m leaving sick.」

「No puedo decir mucho, por un tema de la Comisión de luz no hubo luz así que no vi el lugar, llegamos y lo tenía luz, duró 30 horas sin luz así que estuvimos parte de una noche y nos fuimos a otro lugar, la zona es segura y el lugar me parece que es bonito y muy barato para lo que ofrece pero no puedo decir más ya que mi experiencia en especial no fue buena, pero no por el anfitrión sino por un problema de la zona con la luz, ya no había luz en varias casas (es zona residencial)」

「I paid for a room I never got. I was told Thursday and then Friday and the host never reached out to give the actual room. I was given a partial refund, but I was unsatisfied with the blatant disrespect. I would not trust the images of the room you see on the website.」

「The room worked out for the most but it is not a hotel. It’s advertised as a hotel. Then they tell you that you will pay at the hotel but still you put in your card info thinking they won’t charge but they did. And then the owner also send someone to charge me with a little ATM machine. At that moment I was unaware of the double charge. I’ve been back and forth for the past 3 weeks with Expedia and they have not resolved. I reached out to the owner and he has ignored my messages. I don’t...
