#troverdetour - The Duwamish is a working river, but the soul of the river remains. Grab a boat/kayak (Alki Rentals is nearby) and head up the river to see everything from historic neighborhoods to marine transportation hubs to the giant restoration section put together by Boeing. The Duwamish and other tribes have fishing rights in the river; their nets criss-crossing all the way up the river.

This is one of those markers that just grab you.
