Was an excellent space to share with my co-workers in town. The game room, amenities, and holiday decorations definitely undersold the initial listing! Host was also very easy to communicate with and was quick to answer my questions.

Hamy made the whole experience super easy from beginning to end. Our staff retreat found it to be an easy place to work with great internet access. The house is in pristine condition. The kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped, especially for any kind of rental house. We all like to cook so have a good set of knives is a plus. Bedrooms were comfortable and plentiful. Our group of 9 adults fit very nicely. The back yard is also incredibly inviting. Even in blustery October we took advantage of the fire pit for evening discussions. The one thing we didn't use much, but would under other circumstances is the game room in the converted garage. Flashing lights, music, pinball, air hockey and more. Super fun. We should work less. My friends and I gathered here from across the country to vacation together in Seattle, and it was PERFECT for our us! The home is comfortable with plenty of amenities, we used the kitchen a bunch and the grill outside to make some home meals and even made smores on the fire pit outside. An absolutely lovely home and a fantastic trip!

This is a wonderful home for gathering! We had a large family reunion and we each were able to have our own space, plus lots of nice gathering areas. It was such a fun surprise to show the kids the game room!! Impeccably clean and well stocked! Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our 14 adults and 5 preschoolers! We made almost constant use of the gym, the game room, the movie room, the fireside room, the dining room and island, and the patio. We never ran out of coffee. Toiletries did not get depleted. The commute to all the places we wanted to go was easy - Seattle Center, stadiums, ferry, waterfront, Renton airport, Coulon Park, SeaTac. There were only good times, with plenty of quiet for naps. The music system throughout the house pleased everyone, and the TV was easy to operate. We highly recommend the Comfort and Luxury Tropical Villa for all multi-generational groups of any size! It’s perfect!

Nice property

This was a nice property. Not as close to, walking wise, as we were lead to believe to eating places. It sets on end of cul-di-sac area. The rooms were great, but you could hear every footstep from people walking around due to the entire place not having any carpet. We did enjoy the outside seating area. That was very nice.

12/10 would stay again!

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home, but I will try and keep it short and to the point. I had family from both ends of the country coming together to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UW and this home was a perfect place for us all to gather and share space. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking and was just a short drive away from the airport. Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and utensils needed for indoor and outdoor cooking. Lots of seating indoors and out. Beds were comfortable and my nephews loved the game room! My family had a very memorable time gathering here.

Grandmas Birthday

We had a wonderful time at the property, It was so comfortable, and had everything we needed. I liked that there was no figuring out anything. The lighting was perfect, the temperature was perfect. So much room. We had ten people and everyone loved the beds and all the amenities. The host was super easy to work with!!!

Perfect for family fun

Perfect Stay!

Hamy was an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed and more. The home was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with great amenities, like music in the bathroom and a bonfire that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also appreciated the abundance of large cookware, which was perfect for our group. Out of all the places I’ve visited for large gatherings, this one tops the list. My friends and family absolutely loved it!

Great stay

Hamy rapidly responds to questions and made it easy for us. The house is well suited for all ages with fun things to do. We grandparents hosted kids and grandkids and was so convenient for out of state travelers.
