Your group will enjoy this entire tropical villa, fully climate-controlled and centrally located with easy access to everything. Just 7 miles from SeaTac Airport, downtown Seattle, and all major amenities. Charge your EV while you relax and enjoy your stay.

A spacious 3,500-square-foot living space featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths, complete with full climate control. Enjoy a dedicated office workspace, a personal gym, and a private lanai with a built-in BBQ. The fully fenced iron yard is surrounded by lush tropical palm trees, creating a true resort-style setting. Relax around your own outdoor fire pit or enjoy hours of fun with a foosball table, air hockey, arcade games, and countless other amenities. For your convenience, we have dining tables and chairs available for rent, perfect for weddings, gatherings, and special events.

Electronic keypad entry for easy, secure access. Plenty of designated end-of-street parking spaces available outside the home. A Tesla Wall Connector Level 2 EV charger (up to 45 miles per hour) is available. For non-Tesla vehicles, a Tesla-to-J1772 adapter is provided and works with most North American EVs.

Perfect for family fun

The house was perfect for our family- the game room, outdoor fire pit and the big kitchen were perfect hangout spots. Beds were all comfy and the host was very responsive!

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home, but I will try and keep it short and to the point. I had family from both ends of the country coming together to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UW and this home was a perfect place for us all to gather and share space. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking and was just a short drive away from the airport. Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and utensils needed for indoor and outdoor cooking. Lots of seating indoors and out. Beds were comfortable and my nephews loved the game room! My family had a very memorable time gathering here.

Beautiful House

We could not have been happier with our stay. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in and readily available.

Grandmas Birthday

We had a wonderful time at the property, It was so comfortable, and had everything we needed. I liked that there was no figuring out anything. The lighting was perfect, the temperature was perfect. So much room. We had ten people and everyone loved the beds and all the amenities. The host was super easy to work with!!!

The house was perfect for our 14 adults and 5 preschoolers! We made almost constant use of the gym, the game room, the movie room, the fireside room, the dining room and island, and the patio. We never ran out of coffee. Toiletries did not get depleted. The commute to all the places we wanted to go was easy - Seattle Center, stadiums, ferry, waterfront, Renton airport, Coulon Park, SeaTac. There were only good times, with plenty of quiet for naps. The music system throughout the house pleased everyone, and the TV was easy to operate. We highly recommend the Comfort and Luxury Tropical Villa for all multi-generational groups of any size! It’s perfect!

We had such a great time at this house there was something for everyone, from the great game room for the kids and the back yard patio for the family to sit and enjoy each others company. The large kitchen that could accommodate every.

Perfect Stay!

Hamy was an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed and more. The home was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with great amenities, like music in the bathroom and a bonfire that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also appreciated the abundance of large cookware, which was perfect for our group. Out of all the places I’ve visited for large gatherings, this one tops the list. My friends and family absolutely loved it!

Great Place for our Soccer Team

Super spacious, clean and comfortable

This a great house for a big group, lots of space and a fun game room as well. Super clean and plenty of towels, paper products and a generous supply of Keurig coffee pods. Back patio is private and quite nice. Short walk to light rail and also plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again if in town with a group.

Wonderful property

This is a great property with great amenities for a larger group. 4 batchrooms with each having a shower. Great communications with host. Great location - near airport and easy to get onto interstate to get into downtown Seattle. Was very clean and my wife commented how impressed she was with the abundance of towels.

Perfect getaway!

Hamy was so communicative and welcoming and the house was wonderful: super clean, spacious, and full of so many details that made it feel inviting. My colleagues and I stayed here for a work retreat and loved spending time outside and enjoying the game room. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, but be advised that it was residential and a bit of a walk (15 min) to the train.

Clean and spacious for family reunion weekend

Easy check in process. Very spacious and clean property. Although there was no hot tub as listed. No big deal though, we played board games while some of our group utilized the game room. The beddings configuration in the master room was interesting with two Queen beds and a twin bed off to the side. We made it work. Overall this was a good stay. Thanks to the property owners.

Perfect Home for Our Family

Our family of 10 stayed in this beautiful house for 2 nights before leaving for an Alaskan cruise. House was very special with a lot of extras. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice outdoor patio area. We really enjoyed the piano and game room for our grandkids and young adults. Plenty of beds and bathroom space for everyone. Highly recommend! We wished we had plan to stay longer. 20 minute Uber ride to downtown and 5 minute ride to restaurants and grocery store at Ranier Beach.

Clean and spacious

Our group was comprised of 12 teenagers plus adult chaperones. We were in Washington for the Mt Rainier half marathon. This spacious, clean home was perfect for our group. Everyone had plenty of space. The kids loved the game room. They also loved the stereo that’s connected in the downstairs bathroom, allowing you to “party while you showe” as the kids said. Our stay went without a hitch.

Perfect Seattle Base Camp

This is a beautiful home and property. It perfectly served as our base camp for all of our Seattle activities as well as gave us several options to spend time together and reconnect as a family at the house. We used everything: basketball hoop out front, foosball table, air hockey table, drum set, ninja turtles arcade game, and a few of the card games. The place was clean and our host contacted me three times just to make sure we didn't need anything. We really didn't because this place had everything we needed.

Very nice luxury home in Seattle

We went for a family Christmas trip. Seven adults, and three tweens, a two year old and almost one year old. The place was exceptionally clean, well appointed, everything you could want for a family get away. Plenty of nice comfy beds, plenty of room for all, even a large play room with an arcade, drums ( could of done without them but the kids loved them😂) ice hockey game as well as several board games. Large big screen tv with premium channels as well. The host was extremely helpful and checked in on us almost daily to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. Would definitely return.. awesome place. Thank you for sharing with us Hamy. The Suchy family

Great house in a not so great location

The house was perfect. The location was not perfect. The neighborhood was ok, not great. The surrounding area was not great. I guest it depends on what you are use to. The property manager communication was amazing and the house was super clean and as advertised. The location did not feel safe, especially at night. I recommend that the alarm that is in the house be allowed to be used by the house guest. Although the house was perfect, I would not rent it again because of the location.

Nice property

This was a nice property. Not as close to, walking wise, as we were lead to believe to eating places. It sets on end of cul-di-sac area. The rooms were great, but you could hear every footstep from people walking around due to the entire place not having any carpet. We did enjoy the outside seating area. That was very nice.

My friends and I gathered here from across the country to vacation together in Seattle, and it was PERFECT for our us! The home is comfortable with plenty of amenities, we used the kitchen a bunch and the grill outside to make some home meals and even made smores on the fire pit outside. An absolutely lovely home and a fantastic trip!

This is a wonderful home for gathering! We had a large family reunion and we each were able to have our own space, plus lots of nice gathering areas. It was such a fun surprise to show the kids the game room!! Impeccably clean and well stocked! Highly recommend!
