"I found earrings in my room that I threw in the trash. The swimming pool area wasn't in good or great shape. The pool area needs some modern upgrades. More seating and better lighting. Breakfast was fair and the was little small for the furniture that was in the room. It was okay. I've stayed in several other SPRINGHILL SUITES MARRIOTT and it was ALOT NICER than this particular facility. The rooms were also much bigger."

"Nice clean hotel. Good staff. Good value/price. Walls are a little thin so you can hear doors close and conversations in the hall at night when sleeping. Sausage biscuits and gravy every morning so the breakfast was ok but a little more variety would be nice. Sidewalk out front to nearby restaurants would help."

"I have stayed at this property several times and never had any issues or complaints until now. There were several issues with our room during our stay. Our bathroom shower leaked, could not get our tv to work and had to call the front desk on multiple occasions for assistance. The front desk attendant was incredibly helpful and actually cleaned up all excess water for me. He also assisted with replacing the remote so that my grandchildren could watch tv. Unfortunately, the WiFi would not work for me and the new front desk attendant the next morning was not helpful, so I was not able to work as planned. Breakfast was not up to their normal standards. I stay here a few times a year to visit family and hope that we simply caught this hotel on an off weekend."
