「I was trying to have a short visit with my grandpa who lives in an assisted living in Osbornd and there aren't many hotel options that aren't an hour away. South Fork Lodge was right in Osborne and accommodated my family perfectly. It was very well stocked for anything we could need in the kitchen or bathroom. It was very well cleaned. There were movies available on the TV and a hot tub. The weather didn't permit use of the hot tub unfortunately. The owners were very responsive.」

「The dogs, horses, wild birds, and especially the humans here all made us feel very welcome. The train car is so cool! It's very comfortable, charmingly decorated, and easy to find. We especially enjoyed sitting outside after dark and watching the stars and far-off thunderstorms. 「This place is adorable inside. The owner has many thoughtful special touches. She had a graduation pennant waiting for us when we arrived to give to our granddaughter, who was graduating and the reason for our visit. We had our two fur babies with us and she left greenies for them. The bed was SO comfortable and the sheets just enveloped us! Overall terrific choice for a stay.」

Their communication was perfect and provided so many details about the house and area, including the local market for grocery delivery! Along with the beautiful Mountain View’s, pet friendly home, we loved the opportunity to visit the farm animals and hold the baby goats!
