Jordan has everything in perfect good working order. She has a welcome basket of treats available as well as some cold drinks. The beds are very comfortable, the heating system (we were there during cold weather) was good. The Bellvue Hideaway is perfect for our needs.

I was visiting friends about 5 miles away. This little house was awesome. Plus, i heard no road noise or anything. Sleeping was amazing on the upstairs bed room.

I feel like I shouldn’t leave a review, as then this sweet little property may not be available the next time we need to visit our family in Bellvue! It was perfect in every way, and Jordan was an excellent, attentive host. We stay in many VRBOs and rentals when traveling and this is our favorite in the FC area.

The host was very communicative and helpful. The kitchen was very usable and it was a pleasant surprise that it was also prestocked with things like snacks, quick breakfast options, and coffee. Living and hang out spaces were very comfortable for the four of us who stayed. The location was very convenient for visiting the local breweries.

The house was clean and comfortable. Upstairs bedroom was a little warm, but cooled down in the night. Snacks and popsicles were a nice touch. Liked the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower-large lettering great for near-sighted folks!

Perfect home base!

Recently stayed at this property for a weekend getaway with live music at Mishawaka. This place had everything we needed, the beds are very comfortable, and the location was a perfect home base for our plans. The host went above and beyond our expectations with quick responses and accommodations . I would highly recommend staying here!

Bellvue Cottage was a fantastic find!

Clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The games and record player were a delightful bonus. Its location offered the perfect balance of peaceful country living and convenient access to CSU and Old Town Ft Collins (only 15 minutes!). We loved it!

Cozy home

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very relaxing & has everything you might need. The location is perfect, you are away from town, but near State & County parks, open space & the Poudre River. You can pretty much launch any adventure from here. Or just hang out and relax at this peaceful property.
